I am currently an Experience Design Researcher at Truist and a research consultant at the Neuro-Cognitive Interaction Lab at UNC Charlotte. At Truist, I lead generative and evaluative research to support Truist public sites (web and mobile) and provide research support for Truist Reality Lab (AR/VR).
With UNC Charlotte, I am working on a project that explores neurophysiological responses of users in the built environment to analyze their emotions and experience of space.
I consider myself a design generalist. My mission is to design systems and tools to support life-long learning.

I am currently an Experience Design Researcher at Truist. I have been working in academia for the past 8 years. I have been teaching design and research methodology at the undergraduate and graduate level. I am engaged in diverse research projects on design education, design thinking, sustainable design and neurodesign.
